FLEETWOOD TOWN COMMUNITY TRUST
The Trust does a lot more than delivering football coaching! They offer a diverse range of activities for men, women and children of all ages to participate and enjoy themselves in a fun, friendly environment. They also support a number of initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on an individual's lifestyle, health and wellbeing such as weight loss and combatting isolation. FLEETWOOD PROMENADE PARK RUN
A weekly 5k, timed run you can take part in for fun, to improve your fitness or as part of your training for longer events.
It's 9am every Saturday morning (rain or shine) along the Promenade from Marine Hall, out past Rossall Observation Tower and back again. On a flat surface, good for running, walking, wheelchairs, buggies and dog-walkers! Register once with parkrun UK and take part in any event across the Country.
YMCA FLEETWOOD
There is no doubt that the pandemic has had a negative impact on our health, both physically and mentally. Getting active will help to boost your immunity levels as well your physical and mental wellbeing.
Take advantage of the regular 'special offers' to join YMCA Fylde Coast and enjoy access to all the local centres and facilities including Fleetwood.
SEA ANGLING FOR WELLBEING
With regular meets along the Fylde Coast including on Fleetwood Beach, this is a sea angling group for all levels of experience and all ages (children welcome with an adult). Rods, bait and tips are available on the day. Come along for some fun and friendly company in the fresh air.

MEN'S WALKING FOOTBALL
Whether you are looking for some exercise and banter with the lads or to play competitively, walking football is a great activity for physical and mental health.
Fleetwood Town Flyers host 3 sessions a week at the Poolfoot Complex, Thornton. You must be a member to play and pre-book each week but whatever your ability and reasons for playing, there's something for you.
BACK TO NETBALL / WALKING FOOTBALL
Walking Netball is as it says! A slower-paced session but still great for fitness and mobility. Whether you are new to the game or wanting to play again, these are friendly, fun sessions led by passionate and enthusiastic, coaches from Fleetwood Town Community Trust.

WYRE FLOUNDERS SWIMMING CLUB
A group for adults who appreciate a quiet and calm environment, perhaps while they use swimming to recover from an illness or build-up self-confidence. They meet on Saturdays at YMCA Fleetwood from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. There is a small charge to attend. Places are limited while they get back into the swim of things. INCLUSIVE FOOTBALL
For adults who want to play football for fun and also meet new people as they build confidence and resilience.
Open to anyone over 16 years of age with disablities - held at Fleetwood High School on Thursday evenings, 6pm to 7pm.
There is also a session for ages 8 to 15 years at 5pm.
MULTI SPORTS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE
Together We Can Do is a registered charity working to provide individuals with a disability the opportunity to participate in exercise and sporting activities on a regular basis. They support people to achieve sporting excellence through competition and access sporting related social activities as part of a healthy lifestyle choice.
Activities currently take place in Thornton and Blackpool.
MEN'S, WOMEN'S & JUNIORS FOOTBALL
Football sessions for boys and girls from ages 5 upwards and for adults too under the supervision of FA Level 2 qualified coaches.
Pay per session or with a pass to join multiple sessions.
Play for fun while you learn new skills.
Sessions are held evenings or Saturday mornings at St Georges Field and Fleetwood High School.
MEN'S, WOMEN'S & JUNIORS RUGBY UNION
Established over 80 years ago, Fleetwood Rugby offers extensive facilities for male and female members including a weights room, physio-treatment room and all-weather pitch for training and coaching. The Juniors section is for boys and girls in age groups ranging from Under 7/8's to Under 17's.
