Monday 9th September …

Armed Forces Veterans, serving personnel, friends and family are invited to join the Walk & Talk along The Promenade from Marine Hall, towards Rossall Tower and back again for a brew. Starting at 10.30am every Monday, weather permitting. For updates follow Fleetwood Town Community Trust on Facebook.


Tuesday 10th …

Bring along your arts and crafts projects to enjoy them in the good company of other local residents, meeting at Westview Community Association from 10am to 1pm. Wednesday 11th ...

Never heard of a nurdle? They are tiny pellets used to produce nearly all of our plastic products but many end up in the sea and on our beaches. @The Bay: A Blueprint For The Bay: A Blueprint for Recovery is hosting a hunt for nurdles on Fleetwood Beach from 5pm to 6pm and the results will be added to global studies and actions to reduce the environmental impact. Thursday 12th ...

Children and families are invited to enjoy the magical world of Roald Dahl with a reading of ‘The Enormous Crocodile’ at Fleetwood Library from 4.30pm to 5pm. Friday 13th ...

If you fancy a kick about but perhaps haven’t played for a while try the drop-in football with Fleetwood Town Community Trust. In The Dome at The Poolfoot Complex, Thornton it’s not exactly jumpers for goalposts but it is free, fun and friendly. 1pm to 2pm includes some warm up exercises, skills practice and a game. Adults only.


Saturday 14th ...

The amazing volunteers at Wyre and Fylde community defibrillators fundraising have provided over 50 life-saving pieces of equipment since 2021. They also share arrange CPR and Defib training and there’s a FREE session at Fleetwood Methodist Church with Harry Wilson. Best to book places in advance, please call 07784 118076.


Sunday 15th ...

The #HeritageOpenDays 2024 draw to a close including at venues across Fleetwood. Guided tours will provide fascinating facts and stories about the buildings and spaces.
