We also have printed copies of the surveys available to fill in at our Information Centre, in The HUB Fleetwood, and at any of our drop-in events. Any healthcare or community groups who'd like copies please get in touch. We will collect all the copies and send them on to the Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board.
