We are fortunate to have an amazing coastline offering an accessible beautiful beach and spectacular views, and green, open spaces also within easy reach. Getting out and about, enjoying some gentle exercise in the fresh air, connecting with the natural environment is a great way to improve your health and wellbeing. On this page we share some of the ways you can do this, supported by a number of organisations and voluntary groups with specialist skills and experience.
Every effort is made to keep these pages up to date but things can change quickly. We advise that you check with the organiser using the contact details provided before attending the activity or event for the first time.
If you need anything more please do CONTACT US or by calling into our drop-in sessions at Fleetwood Library on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 12noon. Help for patients registered with Fleetwood surgeries is also available from the Social Prescribers.
