Healthier Fleetwood is a point of contact for the community, supporting residents to improve their physical and mental health.
We connect residents to each other, to services available from local partners and to the vibrant, inspirational network of local groups, activities and events.
We are a forum for new ideas to emerge from the community, actively encourage residents to take control of their health & wellbeing, and as they grow in self-confidence, to lead healthier and happier lives.
In 2022 Healthier Fleetwood was honoured to receive the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, recognising the role we play and on behalf of the whole community.
UPDATE ON OUR INFORMATION CENTRE
The Healthier Fleetwood Information Centre on Lord Street is now CLOSED.
We anticipate opening our NEW Information Centre at THE HUB, within the Fleetwood Hospital building in February 2025 - date to be announced.
Healthier Fleetwood will also host drop-ins and attend events across the Town including at Fleetwood Library on Wednesdays from 10am to 12noon.
